International Youth Diplomacy Conference
The International Youth Diplomacy Conference (IYDC) is a flagship event of Innovation for Empowerment and Development (IFED) Global. It is a unique simulation of the United Nations General Assembly, Security Council, and other UN agencies. The conference is primarily held in Accra and brings together youth from across Africa and beyond to discuss important global issues. IYDC is both educational and entertaining, making it a must-attend event for young people interested in diplomacy and international affairs.

IYDC offers a variety of activities designed to bring out the best in young people from across the continent.
MUN
The committee sessions aim to teach delegates about the workings of the United Nations General Assembly and other committees. Through debates, discussions, and negotiations, delegates can enhance their public speaking skills and confidence.
GLOBAL VILLAGE
We believe in the rich diversity of the African culture. As such, during our Global Village, we create a platform to showcase the various culture by allowing delegates to promote their culture through music, cuisine, dancing and ways peculiar to their respective countries.
ELDERS' FORUM
This is an interactive session where we engage the expertise of experienced diplomats and international relations experts. Attendees have the opportunity to connect and interact with knowledgeable individuals.
DIPLOMATIC DINNER AND AWARDS NIGHT
The Diplomatic Dinner and Awards Night will be held to recognize and award outstanding delegates and bid farewell.
Personal and Career Development Seminar
Young people need life skills. At the Personal and Career Development session, experts share nuggets for attendees to advance personally and professionally.
SOCIALS
IYDC is an intellectual conference that also offers fun-packed social activities for delegates to connect and build lifelong connections. Delegates will have the opportunity to tour the city of Accra and other historical sites in Ghana.
